Our burgers are made from Saltland Reserve Wagyu crossbreed thats built for less fat and way more flavor. Our chicken is pastured. Our fish is wild caught by small fisherman in Santa Barbara.
We use tallow, California small farm dairy and farmer’s market fruits. And the list goes on.
Our burgers are the best of all worlds: crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside and most importantly–full of beef flavor more than anywhere else. We spent months of trials of creating the most flavorful beef that exists. It tastes like eating a dry aged steak.
